Capturing the vibrant flavours of Bodrum’s local produce, FOLIE restaurant is an innovative take on the much-loved classics of Mediterranean cuisine. The impressive fish display is the centerpiece of the restaurant from where you can select daily your seafood and fish to be grilled to perfection. Using only the finest ingredients, each dish showcases freshness and simplicity; the kind of food that’s meant to be savored while taking in the sights and sounds of the sea. The refined à la carte menu is complemented by an extensive wine and beverage selection focusing on refreshing bottles of rosé wine and champagne.

FOLIE promises endless days of barefoot luxury. Comfortable sun loungers are dotted across the wooden deck and private beach strip, offering unobstructed views of the endless blue horizon.
